YAY! THE OLYMPICS IS REALLY NICE AND EXCITING!

the battle between Lin Dan from China and Lee Chong Wei from malaysia, world no.1 and2 in badmnton respectively was very cool. badminton fights are always nice,same goes for tennis. Lin Dan jumps very high, when he jumps, it was like momo jumping.and his shots were like momo's too, very powerful and fast strokes. to think it can be found in real life. It was a nice fight though. the excitment and tension of the game was there. looking forward to london oympics already. oh yes, and of course, the youth olympics.go Singapore!=D

singapore's long-awaited,48 years, meadal has finally arrived! "sliver but they are our golden girls" says a newspaper article in the Straits Times. China Doubles was such a pairing. World no. 1 doubles together with world no. 2 . WOW. Singapore did well against China though.Singapore's team and China's team AND Korea's team are all marvellous. they played with style, with spirit. They showed great determination and resilience during the game.oh the "cool" word reminds me of senior's quote ,: "LIB is cool" then in fine print, " because of the air-con". very funny. she always makes me laugh.

watched the national day rally speech made by our Prime minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, yesterday. finally understand the use of the ERP. I think our government really thinks very thoroughly and plans very far, which is good.(sry, im nt really good with words.) im proud of being a Singaporean!=D

ytd marked the start of the Beijing Olympics Games! at 8.08 pm on the 8/8/08, the opening ceremony for the Beijing Olymipcs Games began! notice all the 8s, so cool!=D

let's talk abt ytd first!
ytd was a very fun day! reached sch at 9am to celebrate national day! were told that we would get to meet the president, take the pledge, blah,blah,blah. the heartware ppl were like telling us and making us excited abt the event. in the end, we didnt get to see the president and we didnt even tae the pledge. sam said she did though at 12nn. no one in st.nicks along my lane were except for sam. n i was like waiting for a prayer! Zzzzzz... ...

but ytd, was fun.
listening to radio and music and talking and eating and most importantly, reading naruto and tried to cosplay a little by wearing a naruto glove while celebrating national day! sitting outside the school, along the lane outside our sch gate was part of the project, so we practically sat there for 3hours under the hot,blazing sun. HAHA. IM EXAGGERATING. it wasnt hot at all. it was kinda cooling! YAY! celebrated national day with naruto!

the whole stretch of sec 2s along the lane including us, were like waving to every driver and passager in the vehicles that drove by. every driver, thr some way,tried to wave bck. one driver even raised both hands to wave bck at us which caused the vehicle to slant a little in either left or right, then he quickly put down his hands and began driving again. there were two passengers in the bus, they responded to our waves by putting the 'twist' hand sign u do when u play catching which was darn hilarious.

then at 1pm, we were dismissed. went to meet carolyn and jia yun then we went to the canteen for a light snack. after that, we went to the food center for lunch.carolyn suggested taking bus 262 instead of 265. we were fine with it so we took bus 262, then we asked carolyn," u sure this bus will take us to AMK?" she was like," i think so... ..." then jia yun and i were like AHHHH! " u think so?!"cos the bus was taking very long to reach AMK. turned out that, carolyn only knew that bus 26_sth other than 265 and 269 will take us to AMK. she dunno if bus 262 will take us there or not. HAHAHA. we reached there anyway.

For lunch, i ate laksa. it was... ... spicy. i was struggling with the laksa, gulping down a cup of refreshing ice lemon tea. jia yun and carolyn had to wait for me for a very longgggggg time. they ate western food. they bought one plate of chicken chop and shared it. and they could actully say they were full already. cant believe it. the chicken chop as darn little. anyway, after that we went to compass point and went to comics connection,action city, popular, mini toons,op,converse,royal sporting hse, some random shop and the gift shop. we went there to buy birthday presents.we bought 3 from comic connections,action city and the gift shop. spent the most time at comic connections. was very fun, well cause, it's animes/manga ! tried to find a DGM stuff there for audrey, but couldn't find any. i mean there are DGM necklances there, but i dun think audrey will wear them anyway. it's allen walker. if it's lavi or kanda, then maybe she will wear them.

just thought of sth, did jia yun actually want to share with me audrey's present?
cos i noe that we were sharing carolyn's present then i forgot and thought we were sharing audrey's and carolyn's present,since she haben buy audrey's present yet. no wonder, jia yun was like blur blur like that. what a blunder. shall ask her in sch on tues.

then after that, we went to the nearby food center to find the vending machine that sells the naruto glove audrey bought for me.it was... ... NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. Zzzzzzzz... ... jia yun made a wasted trip. LOL. was very fun though. then i walked with them bck to the bus stop and since we were walking a lot the whole day, they were tired and they complained i was walking too fast. LOL. then after sending them to the bus stop, carolyn asked me how far must i walk to reach home. i was like using my hands and saying walk there until the traffic light then turn left, walk n, then turn right, cross the road again, then turn right, then straight i then left again and straight in. and she was like, " huh? so far?! we walk bck with u then we walk bck ourselves here lar." ==" wait they dunno how to walk bck. so ya, i walked bck alone, which was fun also!=D

made an improved version cheer with jia yun! we will repeat the move 10 times and while we are at it, we will say one toten in japanese! LOL. want to make a cheer with everyone in our clique too! i can imagine weilin's maybe sam's face when i suggest us making a cheer. i think they will be like ==" LOL. they are very funny and fun ppl!
